  1. What forms of payment do you accept?

    • All payment forms are accepted including credit card, Apple Pay, Venmo, check, and cash.

  2. Do you take insurance?

    • Thrive Movement services are covered in the case of a worker’s compensation claim or if treatment is as a result of an automobile accident. Please contact the appropriate representative to verify that Thrive Movement services will be covered.

    • Additionally, in most cases, payment is accepted by way of a Flexible Spending Account or Health Saving Account. If you’d like to use your account, please contact a representative to verify that Thrive Movement services will be covered.

    • Please note that there are benefits to those who don’t use insurance to pay for services. I would be happy to discuss those with you further before you make a decision. Please Contact Me to start the conversation.

  3. Do you offer Package REFUNDs?

    • When you commit to a service package, you are making a commitment to see the service and the package through. Additionally, you get preferred pricing when you buy a package. With this being said, there are no package refunds.

    • If you’re unsure you can commit to the full length of the package, please make a different selection. With some services you can choose a smaller package size. With others you are welcome to go session to session.
