What forms of payment do you accept?
All payment forms are accepted including credit card, Apple Pay, Venmo, check, and cash.
Do you take insurance?
Thrive Movement services are covered in the case of a worker’s compensation claim or if treatment is as a result of an automobile accident. Please contact the appropriate representative to verify that Thrive Movement services will be covered.
Additionally, in most cases, payment is accepted by way of a Flexible Spending Account or Health Saving Account. If you’d like to use your account, please contact a representative to verify that Thrive Movement services will be covered.
Please note that there are benefits to those who don’t use insurance to pay for services. I would be happy to discuss those with you further before you make a decision. Please Contact Me to start the conversation.
Do you offer Package REFUNDs?
When you commit to a service package, you are making a commitment to see the service and the package through. Additionally, you get preferred pricing when you buy a package. With this being said, there are no package refunds.
If you’re unsure you can commit to the full length of the package, please make a different selection. With some services you can choose a smaller package size. With others you are welcome to go session to session.
